Subscriptions

Some items in our store are available for purchase as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat monthly deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically each month, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Minimum Subscription Term

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 cycles (90 days total). Each cycle is 45 days, which means you will receive and be charged for at least your first 2 deliveries before you're eligible to cancel.

Auto-Renewal

After the minimum 2-cycle term, your subscription will automatically renew every 45 days unless cancelled. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel any time after your second delivery to prevent future renewals and charges.

Changing Your Subscription

You can make changes to your subscription such as delivery frequency, address or payment method at any time. Simply access your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email to make updates.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription once your second delivery has been processed. Cancellation requests made before completing the 2-cycle minimum term cannot be processed.

To cancel:

Locate the order confirmation email for your subscription.

Click the link included in that email to access your order.

From there, you can cancel your subscription.

Agreement

By selecting a subscription plan at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Subscription and Cancellation Policy, including the minimum commitment of 2 subscription cycles (45 days per cycle, approximately 90 days total).
